Every job is different, and we aim to get the most jobs completed on the day (depending on the area size). 

We will need to return to your property to re-sand and add sealer if required, as we need the surface to be dry and below a specific moisture level. We aim to complete sanding and sealing jobs within one week (weather dependent).

Yes, we are able to carry out most cleaning services in all weathers, as long as it's safe to continue and doesn't put the business, our customers or the environment at risk then we will get the work completed.

The cost of our services depends on the type of cleaning service you require, the size of the area, frequency of cleaning and the level of dirt/ grime that needs to be removed.

No, although we will need access to all areas that are being cleaned and any heavy furniture removed before we start. 

On completion of the work, if you are not at the property, we will send an invoice to your email address for payment. We upload before & after images of your property to our social media once payment has been made.

Yes, We offer a range of Eco-friendly cleaning chemicals, which will cause no harm to children or animals.

Our professional grade chemicals can cause irritation to animals, if they are exposed to the area before the cleaning process has been completed. We ask for all animals to be kept inside for at least 1 hour after the completion of the work. 

We accept the following payment methods on the day on completion or within 14 days of the work being completed:

Yes, we will need access to your outside tap and an electrical power point or extension cable.

 Yes, we have been trained to use professional grade cleaning chemicals & sanitisers. Using chemicals helps to give a better and longer last clean. Each chemical has a specific purpose, we only use chemicals if we think it is necessary as it can make a huge difference in helping with removing black spot, mould, algae & lichen. 

Pressure washing alone will not remove all black spot or lichen.

Pressure washing alone will not prevent regrowth of weeds & moss.

Wessex water & Salisbury City Council have confirmed that due to Hyperwash Exterior Cleaning being a professional service for both residential & commercial properties, if a hosepipe ban is put into place, we are able to continue to operate as normal. 

During our pressure washing & jet washing service, we always recirculate and recycle the water to ensure no water is wasted.

We are able to remove the following materials - Carbon, Sulphates, Mould, Lichen, Moss, Oil, Grease, Paint, Graffiti, Bitumen, Graffiti, Algae, Efflorescence and more.

Oil if treated quickly can be removed from most surfaces by applying a specific chemical treatment, which pulls the oil to the surface, to achieve the best results it can take multiple treatments.
